This week we started our 4 week block of tennis lessons at The Meadows Tennis Courts. We can't wait to go back and learn more next week!

Reading in class

We have been bringing in books that we've read at home to read to the class. Keep on bringing them in :) We love sharing the books we enjoy. 

Tennis has begun!

We loved our first tennis lesson on Friday.     We played games, learned ball and racket skills and enjoyed being out in the sunshine. We even bumped into Miss Dougal's family in the Meadows on the way back! 

Houses and Homes Topic

We went on a treasure hunt around the area to explore the different types of houses and buildings. We learned some key words: detached, semi-detached, modern, terrace, bungalow and tenement. 

Tie Dye T-Shirts!

We had fun designing our own tie dye t-shirts. We modeled them on the catwalk to our family and friends.
